Why We Built This Platform
The PropTech and GreenTech market is developing rapidly, but quality independent analytics and applied knowledge for practitioners remain scarce. Most materials available in the public domain are either too general or oriented toward the narrow commercial goals of specific vendors.
ORIL Innovation was founded on the conviction that the technological transformation of real estate requires an open space for knowledge exchange, where R\&D results, implementation case studies and industry analytics are accessible to all market participants, regardless of company size or geography.
Behind ORIL Innovation stands 10 years of technological expertise from the ORIL team in PropTech, membership in the US PropTech Council, RETTC and NMHC, and real experience developing more than 70 products for clients in the US, United Kingdom and Europe.
