«ORIL Innovation» is an NGO that brings together tech professionals, researchers, and industry partners around a shared theme: how AI, IoT, and energy-efficient technologies are transforming real estate, construction, and the urban environment. We build community, spread knowledge, and open access to industry expertise for everyone working or growing in PropTech and GreenTech. Behind us is ten years of hands-on experience in real estate technology. We deliberately open this expertise to the industry through research, educational programs, the podcast, and international partnerships.

ORIL Innovation is a team of tech professionals, researchers, and industry experts united by a shared conviction: technologies for real estate and the urban environment must be open, understandable, and accessible. Among us are engineers, AI specialists, analysts, and PropTech practitioners with ten years of real project experience. Each person contributes to the shared mission in their own way — some research, some teach, some build partnerships. We are open to everyone ready to share knowledge, explore together, and develop the industry regardless of title or experience level.

      We bring together professionals, researchers, and industry representatives around shared themes. We organize the Innovation Blueprint podcast, discussions, and participation in industry clusters and conferences. We create space for open knowledge exchange.

      We develop learning initiatives for tech professionals: from PropTech and AI workshops to paid internships for students and junior developers with mentorship from the ORIL team.

    • Applied Research

      We conduct research at the intersection of AI, IoT, and the built environment. We formulate hypotheses, test technological approaches, and document results. We publish materials in open access so that knowledge serves the industry rather than remaining in internal reports.

    • Energy Efficiency & Sustainable Development

      We research and promote technology solutions to reduce the environmental impact of the construction industry: energy-efficient systems, emissions monitoring, renewable energy integration in line with European Green Deal priorities.

      We act as a technology partner in international projects and grant consortia. We support the involvement of Ukrainian professionals in pan-European initiatives and open access to partnerships unavailable to purely commercial entities.
